By enrolling in a True Nature Spa Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Monthly Charge & Commitment

• Your selected membership will be billed automatically on a monthly basis to the card on file.

• A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required before cancellation.

2. Membership Usage & "Use It or Lose It" Policy

• Membership services do not roll over to the next month. Unused services will expire at the end of each billing cycle.

• Discounts and benefits are valid only during an active membership period. 

• Membership can be transferred to one designated person only. 

3. Freeze Policy

• Members may request to freeze their membership once per year for up to 30 days due to personal or health reasons.

• A freeze request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• After the initial three-month commitment, memberships may be canceled with a 30-day notice in writing.

5. General Terms

• Memberships are non-refundable .

• Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

• True Nature Healing Arts reserves the right to adjust pricing or policies with 30 days' notice to members.

All bookings require a credit card to confirm and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. A 50% deposit may apply to parties of three or more people.

To receive a body treatment, the client must be 18+ years old, and beyond the first trimester, if pregnant. Clients must be 13+ years old to receive a facial.

True Nature can accommodate* your bridal party, baby blessing, or friend and family spa day. Let us help plan your special day! 

*Group bookings scheduled at least one month in advance are recommended.

Arrival 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you may decompress and experience your full booking time. To maintain the spa's blissful environment, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival and speak in quiet tones. Regretfully, late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. 

Our staff is highly qualified and works hard to ensure you receive the very best service. Gratuity is at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. The suggested gratuity is 20 percent of the full price of the services provided. 

A major credit card is required upon booking your treatment in order to confirm your reservation. Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be received no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a full-price charge for all booked services. 

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a Guest Check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. True Nature reserves the right to discontinue service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

We are pleased to offer massage services exclusively to individuals in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Please note that massages at our Spa are absolutely not allowed during the first trimester to ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and baby. Thank you for your understanding.

Spa guests must be 18+ years to receive a body treatment.
Spa guests must be 13+ years to receive a facial and must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
