New Season, Same Soul: A Spring Reflection Through the Fulfillment Code
By Kyle Jason Leitzke
Spring has a way of waking us up with an inner restlessness—not just in body and mind, but in spirit. The longer days, the social gatherings, the crescendoing natural growth of new life all seem to echo the same invitation: remember who you are and begin again.
This seasonal shift often calls people back to what matters most, especially those in a time of personal transformation. In my work with people across many identities, life paths, and phases of growth, I’ve noticed a recurring theme: people aren’t just seeking answers… they’re seeking alignment. They want to live intentionally, in a way that honors all parts of their life.
Myself included.
In my own search for that alignment, the Vedic philosophy of the Purusharthas—the four aims of a fulfilling human life—came into my consciousness through Ayurvedic study. These aims have guided both yogic and everyday household life for centuries, and I firmly believe they still offer timeless wisdom for how we grow, serve, and stay connected to the soul through every season. From my effort to find practical, modern-day applications for this ancient framework, The Fulfillment Code™ was born.
The Fulfillment Code™ draws from this tradition and makes it accessible for modern, multifaceted humans. It invites reflection in four core areas:
● Purpose (Dharma) – Living in integrity with your values, developing your gifts, and making meaningful contributions
● Prosperity (Artha) – Cultivating and leveraging your social, physical, financial, and spiritual resources that support your passions
● Pleasure (Kama) – Embracing the people, places, and things that invite joy, playfulness, and creative expression
● Peace (Moksha) – Being present and in right relationship with your inner and outer environment
When any one of these areas is neglected, we often feel off-center. And yet, each one is essential. Together, they form a dynamic ecosystem of fulfillment—not one-size-fits-all, but a uniquely coded recipe within each of us.
Spring offers us the opportunity to reflect without rushing. To ask:
🌱 What’s coming alive in me right now, naturally and intentionally?
🌱 Where am I feeling aligned and strong?
🌱 Where might I need more nourishment or balance?
To support this exploration, I’ve created a Fulfillment Code Quiz—a free, self-inquiry tool that helps people locate where they are within the four pursuits and what may be ready for gentle realignment. It’s designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re regrouping from an end in a relationship or career, balancing both doing and being, or simply feeling ready to grow and evolve into your new era of life.
The outer season may be shifting, but what if this spring, instead of trying to catch up to some external markers, you chose to realign the outside with the inside? What if fulfillment wasn’t somewhere out there—but something that begins, again and again, with presence?
No matter your gender, stage of life, or background, you are not behind—you are beginning again.
Fulfillment isn’t something you chase. It’s something you create, one honest, intentional moment at a time.
