Without Acknowledgement Progress Cannot Occur,  Remember This…

When we want to progress to a new level in our life, it is a good idea to update ourselves by writing an accomplishment list at the end of each day. Acknowledgement creates space for victory and automatically brings us to a level of completion so a new cycle of opportunity can occur in our lives. When we celebrate our wins (acknowledgement), we update our cells, and our ability to move forward is not hindered by a cellular holographic pattern that is stuck in yesterday. Cellular lag creates resistance and makes moving forward most difficult. The key is to constantly stay updated by acknowledging to yourself at the end of each day what you did do rather than going to sleep at the end of each day acknowledging what you did not do. When we acknowledge what we didn’t do, we play into our karmic storage bank and keep our progress at bay.  When we acknowledge ourselves, we are updated, complete, and new cycles of opportunity are available to us in each new day. Unfortunately, we are a commencement society and completion ceremonies are not part of our tradition, yet it is completion that brings on the new beginning and keeps opportunities flowing.

It is time to update yourself.  Write down all your accomplishments. Start with the beginning of your life and move forward in time. Once you are updated, do a win list at the end of each day for 21 days.  Be prepared for miracles.
